NEED
Kensington was having difficulty implementing a new Salesforce technology that was released. The B2B marketing automation analytics functionality requires Salesforce, Pardot, and Einstein Analytics knowledge to implement.
APPROACH
CloudMasonry was able to quickly stand up the tool in a usable fashion and provide training to ensure that Kensington could self-service in the future. Through our broad expertise in enterprise organizations that use a wide variety of tools in the Salesforce suite, we were able to provide Kensington the support they needed.
Kensington was able to gain valuable insights into their account-based marketing efforts and glean additional insights into the marketing end of their revenue operations. This also allowed them to implement at a reduced cost compared to proceeding with implementing the new tool in-house and reduced the cost of having licenses that couldn’t be used.
